KickAss Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

KickAss strives to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure the swift arrival of your goods. Order processing and packing may take between 2 to 3 business days from the receipt of payment. Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. Please note that delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, or outside of business hours.

2. Shipment Details

  • Multiple Shipments: Some products are shipped from different warehouse locations, resulting in separate shipments or deliveries by different couriers.
  • Address Changes: KickAss is not liable for delays or loss of items due to changes in delivery addresses post-checkout or customer errors.

3. Delivery Requirements

  • Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Parcels will not be left at unattended addresses. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest carrier depot.
  • Depot Collection: If a parcel is redirected to a depot, it is your responsibility to either collect it from the depot or arrange and pay for re-delivery. Failure to collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery will result in the order being returned to our warehouse, and a refund (less shipping costs) will be processed.

4. Re-Delivery and Return Policy

  • Re-Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees incurred due to undeliverable items or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Attended Locations: To minimize re-delivery delays and fees, we recommend shipping to an attended location during business hours (home, work, etc.).

5. PO Box Addresses

  • Limitations: Some items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses as they require courier services.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • Security: For security reasons, we do not offer Authority To Leave (ATL) options.

7. Express Delivery

  • Processing Time: Allow 1 business day for processing of express delivery orders. You will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery date via email once dispatched.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Tracking and Tracing

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the courier's system before tracking.
  • Concerns: For any delivery concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team.

9. Delivery Fees

  • Cost Variance: Delivery costs vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Larger or heavier items, as well as items classified as dangerous goods (e.g., batteries), may incur higher delivery rates.
