Only some of my items arrived?Updated 2 months ago

Multiple item orders are usually sent in separate boxes/parcels. They will all be trackable under the same consignment/tracking number, but may arrive at different times. 

We recommend to first track your order using the link in your shipment confirmation email. If you notice that your order is partially delivered, with some boxes still in transit, please wait a few days for those items to arrive. 

If you do not see the rest of your order within 2-3 days, please launch a ticket with us and we will check on the status of your shipment.
