Only some of my items arrived?Updated 4 days ago

Multiple item orders are usually sent in separate boxes/parcels. They will all be trackable under the same consignment/tracking number, but may arrive at different times. 

We recommend tracking your order using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If part of your order has been delivered and some boxes are still in transit, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.

If the rest of your order does not arrive within 2–3 days, please submit a support ticket, and we’ll check the status of your shipment.
