Some of our most popular products, at times, sell out before new shipments arrive at our warehouse. To ensure our customers can secure these in-demand items, we offer out-of-stock products on pre-sale. We also use pre-orders for new releases, allowing customers to purchase them before they officially launch in-store and online.

Pre-orders are processed just like regular orders. Once you purchase a pre-order product online, you’ll receive an invoice as usual. When the stock arrives at our warehouse, we’ll notify you and ship your item(s) as soon as possible.
