How do pre-orders work at KickAss?Updated a month ago

Some of our most popular products, at times, sell out before a new shipment of stock reaches our warehouse. To make sure that our customers can secure desirable item(s), we place out of stock items on pre-sale. We do the same for our new release products, prior to launching in-store and online for the very first time.

Pre-orders are processed the same as a normal order transactions. Once a pre-order product has been purchased online, you will receive an invoice as per usual. Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a notification and have your item(s) shipped to you as soon as possible. 

How can I check the estimated arrival time of stock?

You can check the estimated time of arrival for a given product on it's product homepage of our online store.
