Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification that includes a link to your parcel tracking:

Once the item is collected by the courier, it can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to be registered in the tracking system. This is completely normal and is simply a result of the item being in transit to a nearby facility for sorting. Once the item has been scanned after pickup, you should be able to see regular updates and the estimated date of delivery.
