We sure do! You can choose to pick up your order from any of our retail locations. Simply select the 'Pick up' delivery option at checkout and select your store of choice:

Please note that KickAss Products does not hold items that have not been paid for.

For Click & Collect orders, you must present your order confirmation email, a valid photo ID, and may also require to prove your method of payment.

Our retail stores will hold Click & Collect purchases in-store for 30 days. We will attempt to contact you for collection if your items remain unclaimed. Should you be unresponsive to our communications, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any abandoned orders.

Can I send an Uber or courier to collect my online pickup order? 

No, we’re unable to allow Uber or courier pickups for Click & Collect orders. Orders must be collected by the customer who placed the order.

Can a family member or friend collect my online pickup order?

No, we’re unable to allow family or friends to collect orders. Orders must be collected by the customer who placed the order.

What do I need to show in store to collect my online pickup order?

You must present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID at the time of collection to verify your identity. Staff may also ask to verify the credit card or alternative payment method used to complete the order.
