We sure do! You can choose to pick up your order from any of our retail locations. Simply select the 'Pick up' delivery option at checkout and select your store of choice:

Please note that KickAss Products do not hold items that have not been paid for using the online click and collect function. 

For Click & Collect orders, the customer must present the confirmation email and a valid ID.

Our retail stores will hold click and collect purchased in-store for 30 days. We will attempt to contact you for collection if your items remain unclaimed. Should a customer be unresponsive to KickAss communications, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any abandoned orders. 

Can I send an Uber to collect my online order? 

No. We’re unable to allow Uber or courier pickups for Click & Collect orders. Orders must be collected by the customer and must present the confirmation email and a valid ID.

Can a family member or representative collect an online order in store?

No. For Click & Collect orders, only the customer who placed the order can collect the items. The customer must present the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID at the time of collection to verify their identity.
