At KickAss Products, we prioritize the safe delivery of your orders and strive to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an order with visible damage or missing items, we have established procedures to address such situations promptly and efficiently.

Policy Details:

  1. Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items to ensure that they are complete and undamaged. If any goods are visibly damaged on receipt, kindly request the courier driver to make a note on the shipper’s consignment note. Additionally, it is important to take photos of the external damage prior to opening the package.

  2. Notification of Damage: If you discover any damage to the items after opening the package, please contact us immediately by submitting a ticket within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). This will enable us to promptly address your concerns and initiate the necessary steps for resolution.

  3. Compensation Options: Depending on the extent of the damage, we offer the following compensation options:

    • Full Replacement: We will arrange for a full replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you.
    • Part Replacement: If only certain components of the item are damaged, we will provide replacements for those specific parts.
    • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as compensation for the damaged item(s).

  4. Retention of Packing Materials: Please retain all original packing materials, documentation, and the delivery consignment note. These may be required for verification purposes during the claims process.

  5. Return Procedure: In instances where the damaged items need to be returned to our warehouse for assessment, KickAss Products will cover the cost of freight. You will not be responsible for any further delivery expenses for replacement items.

How to Report Damages:

To report damages and initiate the claims process, please submit a ticket through our online support system within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure a swift resolution to your concerns.
