I opened my item and it is damaged but I am happy to keep it, what should I do?
Sometimes, product damage done in transit is not extensive and can just be cosmetic. Firstly, please take photos of the condition of the packaging and the item(s) inside. If the damaged done in transit is just cosmetic and the damage does not affect the function of the product, you can receive compensation in the form of store credit should you wish to keep the item. Please submit a Damaged in Transit form which will allow us to assess the damage.
We appreciate your willingness to keep the item!
My order arrived damaged and I refused delivery, what happens next?
When a delivery is refused, the item will be returned to us by default. Because of this we must allow time for the order to be returned to our warehouse. As we will be unaware of the return to sender, please complete a Damaged in Transit form informing us that you refused deliver and select a preferred outcome.
