At KickAss Products, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to reconsider your purchase. That's why we offer a Change of Mind Policy to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.
Policy Details:
Notification Period: You must notify us within below periods of receiving your product(s) to request an exchange, credit, or refund as a change of mind:
Non-Club Member purchase: 7 days
Club Member purchase: 30 daysCondition of Returned Item: The item(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with its original packaging and all accessories.
Return Shipping: For all change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage back to our warehouse location. Original freight charges are non-refundable.
Additional Fees: Restocking fees and penalties may apply for damaged packaging, or missing items.
Promotions/Giveaways: Promotional items, including gift cards or free products received with your original order, must be returned alongside any items being exchanged due to a change of mind. If any items are missing or if gift cards have been redeemed, the value will be deducted from your exchange, refund, or credit.

How do I know if my item was purchased under my club membership?
Only items purchased on club membership are eligible for 30-day Change of Mind returns. To identify if your items were purchased on club membership, please refer to your invoice and check the product line item for the below reference:
Item's that do not display the above "KickAss Club Discount", are not eligible for 30-day return.
