At KickAss Products, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to reconsider your purchase. That's why we offer a Change of Mind Policy to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.

Policy Details:

  1. Notification Period: You must notify us within below periods of receiving your product(s) to request an exchange, credit, or refund as a change of mind:
    Non-Club Member purchase: 7 days
    Club Member purchase: 30 days

  2. Condition of Returned Item: The item(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with its original packaging and all accessories.

  3. Return Shipping: For all change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage back to our warehouse location. Original freight charges are non-refundable. 

  4. Additional Fees: Restocking fees and penalties may apply for damaged packaging, or missing items.

  5. Promotions/Giveaways: Promotional items, including gift cards or free products received with your original order, must be returned alongside any items being exchanged due to a change of mind. If any items are missing or if gift cards have been redeemed, the value will be deducted from your exchange, refund, or credit.

How do I know if my item was purchased under my club membership?

Only items purchased under a KickAss Club membership are eligible for 30-day Change of Mind returns. To confirm eligibility, please check your invoice and look for “KickAss Club Member” in the customer section.

Items purchased as a guest, where the “KickAss Club Member” tag is not shown, are not eligible for the 30-day return period.
