I've opened my item but haven't used it, can I return it?

Yes you can, as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.

I haven’t used my item but I don't have the box, can I return it?

Yes you can, as long as the item is returned in a new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee will apply due to the missing packing. 

I've used my item, but no longer want it. Can I return it?

We do not accept change of mind returns for items that have been used by the customer.
