Can I change my shipping address?Updated 4 days ago

If your item has not yet been shipped (you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email), simply let us know by submitting a request through the Shipping form. Please select 'Change Shipping Address' as the enquiry type and provide your new address. 


Can I redirect my parcel?

If your item is already in transit and you’re unable to receive it at the original address, you can contact the courier directly to request a redirection. Courier and tracking information can be found in the dispatch notification email sent by our warehouse team. Please visit the courier’s website for further instructions and options.
