The unit is a versatile 6-in-1 appliance that can perform the following functions:

The oven has a generous 30L capacity and can reach a maximum temperature of 230°C. The powerful 360° convection air circulation system ensures fast and even cooking.

Yes, it is designed with travel in mind. The oven includes a set of four mounting brackets to securely fasten it to a fixed surface. It also comes with an optional door lock to prevent the door from swinging open during transit and to keep it secure from young children.

This step is mandatory to ensure safety and performance.

1. Remove all packaging and place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface with at least 100 mm of clearance on all sides.
2. Wash all accessories (racks, basket, pan) and wipe the interior of the oven. Let everything dry completely.
3. Plug the oven into a suitable 240V AC outlet.
4. Set the temperature knob to the maximum setting (230°C) and the timer knob to 20 minutes.
5. Run the empty oven for this duration. 
6. Note: A small amount of smoke or a slight odour is normal during this initial burn-off cycle as the protective coating on the heating elements is removed.

• Set the Temperature: Turn the Temperature Knob to your desired cooking temperature (up to 230°C).
• Set the Timer:Turn the Timer Knob clockwise to your desired cook time (up to 60 minutes). Setting the timer starts heating; the Power Indicator Light illuminates to confirm the oven is running. 
  1. Short cook times (under 10 minutes): Turn the Timer Knob clockwise past the 10-minute mark first, then back counterclockwise to your desired short time. 
• Keep Warm Mode: Turn the Temperature Knob to the WARM position, located between OFF and the lowest cooking temperature.

The oven can be used as a freestanding unit or mounted securely. To mount it:

1. Select the Surface: Choose a flat, stable, and rigid mounting surface capable of supporting the full weight of the unit and any connected cabling.
2. Attach the Mounts: fasten the four L-brackets to the oven, using the 4 mounting screws.  
3. Mark Alignment Holes: Place the oven in your pre-selected mounting area and use a pencil or marker to trace the two screw holes for each L-bracket.
4. Pre-Drill Pilot Holes: Set the unit aside and drill appropriate pilot holes into the marked spots using a bit sized for your chosen mounting screws or bolts (not included).
5. Secure the Unit: Fasten the L-brackets to the mounting surface using the pre-drilled holes. Tighten sufficiently to ensure zero movement.

Warning: Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

• Outer Body & Door: Wipe with a soft, damp sponge and a mild cleanser. Avoid abrasive pads.
• Interior & Crumb Tray: Wipe the interior walls with a damp sponge. After each use, slide out the crumb tray, discard debris, and wash it with warm, soapy water.
• Accessories (Racks, Basket, Pan): Wash these items in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge. Dishwasher use is not recommended as it may reduce the life of the non-stick coating.

1. Check Power Cord: Ensure the cord is securely plugged into a functioning 240V AC wall outlet.
2. Check Door: The oven has a safety sensor. Make sure the door is fully closed.
3. Check Controls: Both the Temperature and Timer knobs must be turned away from the "OFF" or "0" position to start the oven.

• White Smoke: This is normal when cooking high-fat foods as the grease drips and vaporises. It can also occur during the initial burn-off procedure. Ensure the crumb tray is clean to minimise this.
• Dark Smoke: This indicates that food is burning. Immediately turn off and unplug the unit. Wait for the smoke to clear completely before opening the door.

This is often caused by overcrowding the air fryer basket or oven rack. Ensure food is spread in a single layer to allow for proper 360° air circulation. For best results, pre-heat the oven for 3-5 minutes before adding your food. You may also need to adjust the rack position based on the food type.
