The AquaBoss GO is a rugged, all-in-one 22L water storage and portable washing solution. It combines a tough water tank with a detachable 12V pump, making it perfect for rinsing off after the beach, washing dishes at camp, cleaning muddy gear, showering, or hosing down pets.

You bet. The tank is made from heavy-duty, BPA-free, food-grade LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene). This construction is specifically designed for repeated outdoor use and ensures your water supply stays safe and clean for drinking, cooking, and washing.

It's built tough for Aussie conditions. The tank features an ultra-thick 5mm wall for superior impact and puncture resistance. The outer shell is also UV-stabilised to resist sun damage, cracking, and brittleness, so it’s ready for harsh outback and remote camping environments.

It's simple. The AquaBoss GO comes with a 2-metre power cable. Plug the threaded DC barrel connector into the pump housing on the lid, then plug the cigarette lighter end into any compatible 12V DC power socket in your vehicle or on a portable power station.

The system uses tool-free, quick-connect fittings:

1. Screw the specialised pump lid onto the filled tank until it's secure.
2. Connect one end of the 5m coiled hose to the brass outlet on the tank until it clicks into place.
3. Connect the other end of the hose to the 3-function shower head.
4. Connect the power cable to the pump and a 12V socket.
5. Press the power button on the pump lid to turn it on. Squeeze the trigger on the shower head to start the water flow.

Yes. The kit includes a separate gravity-fed tap. If you don't need pressurised water or want to save power, just connect this tap to the lower outlet. Place the tank on a raised surface (like your roof rack or a table), and the tap will provide a steady flow of water for filling bottles or washing hands.

If the pump won't turn on, check the following:

• Power Source: Make sure your 12V battery or power station is charged and supplying power.
• Connections: Ensure the DC barrel connector is screwed tightly into the pump and the cigarette plug is firmly pushed into a live socket.
• Fuse: Check the fuse inside the 12V cigarette lighter plug. If it's blown, replace it.

If the pump runs but no water comes out, check if the tank is empty, look for an airlock (disconnect the shower head and run the pump to clear the hose), and ensure all hose connections are tight.

Proper maintenance is key for long life:

• Cleaning: Always wash the interior through the large 95mm filling port before first use and periodically between trips. Never use fuel, chemical solvents, or toxic cleaning agents.
• Water Storage: Only store clean water in the tank.
• Vented Cap: Keep the vented cap clear of dirt to ensure a smooth, steady water flow and prevent a vacuum from forming.
• Pump Care: Avoid running the 12V pump dry for prolonged periods to prevent damage.

This is critical for preventing damage. If you expect the tank to be exposed to freezing conditions, you must drain it completely. Water expands when it freezes, which can cause structural splitting and permanent damage to the tank body and fittings. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.
